Waiting to Dance was a Jockey Club registered Thoroughbred mare. She died in 2000 from a ruptured uterine artery while delivering the filly Finally Dancing. Unfortunately she had not yet been brought to the ISR/Oldenburg inspections for breeding approval before she died. The ISR/Oldenburg Registry did allow her filly, Finally Dancing, to be registered with the ISR portion of the registry. Even though we did not have Waiting To Dance very long, she will be greatly missed. She was a very special horse.
