The 2003 dark bay colt, Weltmann, bred by Kathy and
David Blain of Dogwood Farm and owned by Tara Dean of Three
Willows Farm is the winner of Reserve Champion at the 2003 ISR/Oldenburg
N.A. Inspection at Chestnut Lawn in Remington VA. Weltmann is by Weltstern,
out of Special Edition by Watchman. This colt has very similar bloodlines
to the Oldenburg Approved and Liscensed stallion Wradar. Not only do they
share the same Sire but, Gralishka, Wradar's Dam is also the Dam of Watchman,
Weltmann's Grandsire. The quality breeding in this colt is very apparent.
He is extremely refined, elegant and of the modern Warmblood type. He
has lovely graceful movement and is destined to be a great athlete. |
